“I decided against the couple of mobile homes I looked at, at this park. They were very nice but just a little small for my needs. I do have to say, this is a nice park, though. I have viewed homes in other parks and they were straight out slums. I have visited about 5 other parks.. This park is so different than the others. I really hope a home becomes available that has a larger amount of space.”

“Me and my husband just spent three nights at this location. And it was absolutely amazing, we're looking for a getaway for our 4 year anniversary. This place exceeded all of our expectations, and it doesn't hurt that it's absolutely breathtaking. We were given more privacy than we needed. but yet anything that you needed they were right there if you needed help with anything. All the amenities were amazing from the bar in the game room to the pool and of course the beautiful lake. The bedrooms were big and more than what we expected. And everything was very clean. We were looking forward to this experience and we are so happy that we did it. We would recommend this to any of our friends or family. It's so much better than a hotel. And hands down we will be visiting again.I want to say thank you to Mark and Kathy for being excellent host and for sharing your beautiful home with us. You helped us create an anniversary that we will not forget.”

“Helped my father move into his new home here. This appears to be one of the least "trailer trashy" of trailer parks in the metro, it actually has a nice curb appeal. They do have many rules in place for a reason. They're also diligent on screening perspective residents. The neighbors seem friendly (although nosey). Most homes are newer in this park, one of the perks of this type of housing is affordability, and no property tax.”
