We'll, I have to start by saying that Kelly, the park manager, and the on-site maintenance team are FANTASTIC. I purchased a newly renovated home here this year and Kelly was there every step of the way to help. She provided us a tour and gave us contact information for a mortgage company so we could purchase our home as easily as possible. She was there anytime we had questions and was honest and open all throughout. It took just over a month after looking at the home to get approved for our mortgage and close on the house. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a home and highly recommend Sunrise Estates to anyone looking for a home largely due to Brakemeier taking ownership in the last 10 years and cleaning it up around here with Kelly at the reigns. She, and they, have done wonders here.”

“This is a very well kept 55 and over Mobile Home Park. The managers are a perfect fit for this park. Everyday they are out taking care of the grounds and are happy to answer any questions you may have. It's quiet here. Neighbors seem to look out for you. Everyone takes great care on how their yards look. Lot rent is reasonable.”
