My older son started a year ago at 3 and although the first month was difficult with the language difference he adjusted well and was coming home singing songs in Spanish shortly after. Whether on the phone or in person, every interaction I have with staff is a pleasant, positive one. Any time I have an emergency or feel stressed about my pup, they answer my questions on the phone and squeeze us in for an appointment if need be. The quality of care we receive is top notch. I know he is always in good hands. I also appreciate that they don't run expensive tests just to charge us more money. They are very honest with what tests or procedures they advise.
