The teachers are so empowering and positive, showing you how to get an awesome workout no matter how you want to move your body. Bonus: the studio is absolutely adorable, parking is never an issue, and if you need a pick-me-up coffee post-workout, there’s a Starbucks across the parking lot.”

There's a large dock on the lake and several miles worth of hiking trails through Lebanon Park. This place is also wheelchair accessible, including to the dock.”
