“Called in Nov to schedule a service call. First available time slot 12/15 between 8 & 1 with tech calling 20 min before arrival. Kevin, our service tech, arrived well within his 20 min notification. He was fully masked, removed his shoes, spread a drop cloth to protect the carpet and went to work. We asked Kevin to discuss the advantages of adding a handheld remote control to allow us more flexibility in operating our fireplace and as a result of his informative presentation, we decided to add the remote. Kevin was very professional, polite and thorough in his job performance……… a tech every potential customer hopes will show up! We feel 5 stars does not do justice to Kevin……..he’s a definite 8!”

I was contacted by a lady in the office named Jessica to schedule the appointment and the product was delivered professionally and on time by the driver. I asked him to wait while I plugged it in to ensure it did not have any damage to the panel and he said it would not be a problem.
