“I first reached out to Prairie Oaks Memorial last year when a friend of mine found them online. I met with Jonathan last fall where he walked me through the available options, how they maintain the grounds, etc. and I also had the chance to go see it and pick the plot where we would want to plant the tree. He made sure to let me know how far in advance to notify him once we decided on a date to ensure the headstone was ready. Jonathan has always been very welcoming, friendly and responsive anytime I’ve had a question. I can tell he takes pride in what he does. “We’ve lived in Eagan 15 years and only just discovered Hovies. Best diner we’ve found in all of the Twin Cities metro area and I can’t believe it’s in our town! First off, the service wasn’t just good, it was exceptional-the woman who served us was warm and welcoming. And the food! The omelette was stuffed with cheese. It was piping hot and the toast came out warm, too, with butter covering the toast (I hate cold toast with a squirt of liquid fat). The breakfast potatoes were fresh, perfectly crispy, and notable for the lack of rancid fat after taste that so many diners have on their potatoes. Also, the diner was CLEAN!! It was old, charming, but-and I can’t stress this enough-clean. The floor wasn’t sticky or slippery. The old sports memorabilia and pictures on the wall weren’t dusty or grimy. The condiments weren’t scummy. The salt and pepper shakers sparkled. And the bathroom, while also old, was very, very clean. Our new favorite Saturday morning outing!”

Also there are events where you have to get tickets and the site doesn't actually link you to them. In general the farm house is nice to tour and area is nice with a playground nearby for kids.”

“You should try to understand how Korean karaokes work. It's bit of a different experience but fun! You're placed in a dark room with menu for food but you're on your own for the controls of the karaoke. The backgrounds are not controlled by anyone and just appear when you pick a song. This place is pretty much how a Korean a karaoke place in Chicago or LA is like but maybe not as high quality. But for what little we have in MN, this is really nice. Highly recommend, but have an open mind!”

“Clean and open space. Not a very large dinning room but was not over full. The front windows let in a lot of light, and the seats are comfortable. Service was fast, the servers friendly and helpful when asked questions. Food came quickly and was delicious! The price was very reasonable. This will now be my go to Mexican restaurant of choice!”
