We started with him when he was at Burnsville Center follwed hin to Target in Apple Valley and now these last few years at his office (Eye35Eye) in Lakeville. We moved to Woodbury and still I drive to Lakeville to see him. I am fairly picky about my choice of medical professionals. Dr. Fontana was/is our eye doctor, our children's and now our grandchildren. He is thourogh, empathetic and always up on the latest literature. Erica, main front office person, is a bright spot in any day, knows what she's doing and always willing to help.”

“Dr. Fontana and his staff are nothing short of amazing! I have a really difficult prescription (severely nearsighted, pronounced astigmatism, dry eye, and now a need for bifocals). Dr. Fontana has worked with me over the years to find cost-effective and truly comfortable solutions (contacts as well as glasses), NOT just sticking me with the first attempt and saying, "Good luck with that!" Sue Cowell helped me to select furniture for my living room, family room and dining room. She was excellent in her work and very patient. I needed to get a rug for my living and Sue referred to me David Lindquist "Old Dave". Dave was very knowledgable in his work on rugs. He looked at the color of my floor, wall, and kitchen cabinets and he was able to recommend a very nice rug for my dining. In addition Dave recommended a very good rug pad. I am very humbled by the excellent service that i received from Sue and Dave. I just want to say a big thanks to Sue and Dave.”

“The Moments is an excellent choice for my mother and our family in both care and community. The best asset is the quality, training and kindness of All staff members. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable of memory care with all of its unique requirements, they treat each resident with dignity and compassion. They are a community that welcomes each resident and their family members. The ownership is forward thinking in design and aesthetic of the building from layout to flooring to air quality to personalizing the entrance of each apartment to aid in resident recognition. The building is exceptionally clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Meals are prepared by an Executive Chef and served by staff who notices when a resident’s eating habits change and alert nursing and family if there is a concern. Family is welcome to join their loved one for a meal and also activities. Adventure Club offers many varied interests and activities outside of the community. Family is encouraged to visit and participate in activities. There is open communication with the Director of the community and the Director of Nursing along with weekly Zoom calls. The leadership of The Moments has been proactive during this last year to allow safe visits through many different forums. The Moments is a blessing if your loved one needs memory care.”

“I broke my right ankle pretty bad, so after getting my cast off and the ok to start 25% weight bearing I was pretty excited only to be overcome with fear. I was unable to do it! My Dr. prescribed aquatic therapy, so I chose Angeline Physical and Aquatic Therapy. They have an underwater treadmill that I used. And just like that I was walking! Even if it was in water. This started building my confidence and before I knew it I was at 50% weight bearing, and now 100% This group of therapists keeps the mood uplifting and encouraging. They are personal and caring. I am so thankful to God for my healing and the wonderful staff for all my therapy! I’m also very thankful that they stayed open all during the Covid-19 crisis. I would highly recommend going there.”
