“I was referred to Michelle at Healing Motion Therapy by a client who had successfully worked with Michelle in healing her knee pain. I was having chronic hip pain, which I believed was the result of slipping on the ice late last winter. I had been consistently seeing my chiropractor for it, and also had a few sessions of PT, to no avail. Michelle’s comprehensive analysis of my postural alignment blew me away! She took photos from all four directions of my body, and I was really surprised to see my poor alignment. I thought I had good posture! “First non-chlorinated public pool in North America. It uses a regeneration basin with plants and microbes to biologically filter and clean the water. Every 12 hours all 500,000 gallons cycle through. After closing each evening, robotic vacuums cleanse the pool bottom of algae. This is a beautifully landscaped natural pool and admission is free. It is a zero depth entry pool with a diving platform, a few lanes for lap swimming ($3), and a wading area. Bathrooms and lockers are available, as is an outdoor shower at poolside. Pool hours are afternoons and lifeguards are on duty. This is a gem in the heart of Minneapolis.”

“Ted Cooks has great BBQ food at a reasonable price. First, their house BBQ sauce is incredible. Sweet, tangy, and with some heat to it as well (you can specify heat level in the sauce). The half chicken was juicy with great smokey flavor. The ribs had a nice dry rub on them and great flavor as well. I also enjoyed the spicy sausage and jojos combo plate. I will stop in again just based on their delicious BBQ sauce alone! This place knows how to do BBQ right. They’ve been at it for such a long time too!”
