“I called on a Friday, and by Wednesday they had our garage roof completed! Very professional, and an amazing job clearing all the left over nails from my yard, inside the garage, and the alley way. This to me was the most important part since we have 2 dogs that seem to find any and everything and chew on what ever they find. Thank you for the wonderful work! “Legacy Restoration completed two residential projects in 2022 on my home in Woodbury, MN. The first project was replacement of a hail damaged asphalt shingle system on a two story single residence. The second was replacement of the aluminum trip surrounding the garage door. Both replacements were done in a timely manner with excellent communication before, during, and after the job. The pricing was good value and the insurance claim for the roof shingles was handled directly with my claims adjuster and covered in full due to thorough documentation by Legacy Restoration sales rep. Work site was cleaned upon departure and all of my concerns were satisfied during the original repair scheduled time. “I worked with Jacob and Michael after having hail damage and needed a new roof and some siding fixed. They made the process so easy for me. Jacob even meet with the insurance adjuster while I was on vacation and kept in constant communication with me via email to keep the process moving and get my roof fixed as soon as possible. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. While I hope I do not get hail damage again I know if I do I will be contacting Prostar Exteriors to fix up my house again. I highly recommend them if you need to fix your roof our siding after a storm.”

Additionally, worked with me to get the house finished before the closing so the new owner of the house had nothing to worry about. “I can assure you, if you hire Silas from Van Horn Construction to manage your project you will have nothing to worry about. My insurance company had sent a letter denying my roof. I was referred to Silas who worked tirelessly to attempt to overturn their decision and at the same time kept my insurance agent and myself in the loop with continual updates. Months later he was successful in overturning their original decision. Once the roof was scheduled, Silas was on-site making sure my home was protected and coordinating the crew. I was shown photos of before and after of the work done and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Silas's very strong work ethic, excellent knowledge of his business, amazing patience with his client and the insurance company throughout the process, and great customer service was remarkable.
