Beaver Lake Estates Manufactured Home Community

I have lived here my entire life (20 years) and absolutely love it! The current manager, Brandon, is so kind and helpful. We had our pipes freeze from the cold and he stayed with us until our water came back on. He also hosts different community events that are very thoughtful and gives our neighborhood a very homey feel.

Brandyn has been and still is an amazing help buying a home. He explained the process in depth and more so. He answered all my questions and made himself available to assist in the process (which we are still in). Thank you so much!!

Ahh, the Beaver lake estates, no beavers in the lake, so if that's what you came for then I am sorry. Beavers normally make there homes in rivers or streams. So looking for beavers in a lake is a foolhardy adventure. But in all seriousness this place is pretty nice looking and the man working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I recommend looking here for a nice place to live at a less than apartment cost this is the place for you
