“Had an awesome experience with this company. Branden was really helpful and responsive in helping me get all of the documentation required to reserve the dock I needed for my move. They made an extremely confusing situation for me super easy because they took it all on. The actual movers, Jesse and Nick were professional and so polite. They went above and beyond. “I have used Big Blue Box two times now and would not move any other way. The storage is right in my driveway I can pack it up as I need to with no driving to a storage unit. The storage units are spotless and huge. As soon as I closed on my house they delivered my Big Blue Box. We unloaded it and they came and picked it up the same day. I had to change the pick up day a few times because of closing issues and Liz was more than happy to assist with the changes and she was always in a great mood and friendly.
