“Great facility, everything is new and up-to-date.. access the facility with your smartphone! I definitely get that small family-owned feel. (probably because it’s family owned!) Over the duration of my rentals, I’ve spoken to a couple of the managers/employees and they are friendly, reasonable, easy to work with. I don’t get that shady feeling I get when calling other large name storage companies. I’d also say the pricing is competitive.”

“I have used Big Blue Box two times now and would not move any other way. The storage is right in my driveway I can pack it up as I need to with no driving to a storage unit. The storage units are spotless and huge. As soon as I closed on my house they delivered my Big Blue Box. We unloaded it and they came and picked it up the same day. I had to change the pick up day a few times because of closing issues and Liz was more than happy to assist with the changes and she was always in a great mood and friendly.
