Everything was boiled to perfection and we ordered more thinking we would get less, but there was so much food! Every bite was delicious. Also, had a pick up time established with them and they were on time with it, so that is definitely a plus! The only downfall, which I feel that I can not truly blame them, was that the snow crab legs were overly salty so it was hard to eat. Everything else was perfection though!”

I'm not one for flattery but of the times I've eaten here I've been bombarded with politeness overload from every staff member working or walking around tidying up, holding doors open, being attentive to my needs as a customer far better than waiters and waitresses at locations you tip a server at... I know it's a Wendy's, a fast food restaurant, and directly across from the absolute worst Walmart in Columbus but wow... If you don't believe me just go there, whomever the staff is that's been working the times I've visited are destined for greatness and I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't whisked away by another establishment bc you just don't find employees this good and this polite and this focused in fast food, especially in one of the worst economic situations in decades.”

My first visit when they first opened was great but the customer service had been on a constant decline every time I'd visited since. This visit though, was great. Amazingly short wait times, especially for the quality of food, and the quantity is up there as well. The only drawback is that there is not a sizable dine in area, although this establishment does brand itself as a primarily take out place. Would highly recommend going! It is a touch on the expensive side, though.”
