“Florence is more than a nurse practitioner she is a beautiful woman with a heart of gold. She has been an absolute staple in her communities. She takes the time to listen to people and she serves such an overlooked and under severed demographic of patients the health care system has over looked or failed. She has walked away from facilities that treated patients like numbers and not people and opened her own practice hoping to make a change in the metro area. She is a beautiful mentor , mother and woman we need more people like her. I read some of her reviews … because I know she is to classy to address those but Providers have the right to charge a fee for certification she has always been transparent in pricing this service is not covered by insurance as a patient/customer it’s always our choice and right to find something else. I do know for sure she is by far transparent and fair.”

“I had a great experience at Recovery Academy. What i like about RA is that it is not your traditional 30 day treatment. I love that its a step down program. Meaning once i got a few months sober i moved to a less structured house to try to see if i was solid enough in my recovery to succeed in the real world=getting a job, meating new sober friends in meatings, just doing things a little more indipendantly, while at the same time still having that support system to lean on if things started to get hard. I have been to countless treatments all over the country. It has taken me years to gain some long term sobriety and i couldnt have done it without this program. The support staff here are dedicated, kind hearted, and were able to relate to my struggles which really just made me feel welcome and understood. Recovery academies counslers, support staff, and even fellow clients truly helped me gain the strength and confidence in myself to focus on battling against my struggles with mental illness, addiction, and the shame and guilt that comes with it.”

“Dr. Ilene Moore is incredible! She gets me! I’m a boy saying this. My parents wanted a male doctor but I didn’t. I like how she talks to me and asks me questions about my health. She took her time in my appointments, got to know me and showed me she cared about me. She is very nice to talk to at every appointment I have with her. I like how she explains things to me and make sure I understand. Dr. Moore is professional, helpful, a great listener and very friendly to talk too about anything. As a child, you look for your parents to choose your doctor. Well, I asked my parents and I was awarded my choice. I choose Dr. Moore after my first visit and I’m glad I did! The curriculum and activities they provide day-to-day and throughout the year is wonderful. Most importantly, my daughter is learning to LOVE school which I am happy to start her school career with such a positive feeling toward learning. Also, as a parent, I really like the parent involvement that very few preschools offer. I attended North Oaks preschool over 30 years ago and it has been fun to reminisce what I did in that same school decades earlier!”
