“I stay over often with my partner who rents an apartment here. Nice spacious apartment and building with secure package lockers. The management folks are kind and helpful to my boyfriend when he has maintenance requests. The apartments are well insulated from noise. The view of the river is peaceful and beautiful. The area feels safe at night. They have a work out room with some cycles and weights, but I find it strange that they don’t have a treadmill like every other apartment I’ve lived in up North (more important up here where it’s too cold to run outside at various points during the year) and down South. I’d give it 5 stars if they had a treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Anytime Fitness gym so fortunately we can head on over there if we need to work out in the winter.”
