Woke up on Monday before the 4th of July unable to move my shoulders or neck without wincing. After adjustments on Monday and Wednesday (should have really gone on Tuesday) and a deep muscle massage on Wednesday evening, I was able to fully enjoy my long holiday weekend. By Thursday I was sore but able to pick my kids again. By Friday I was doing yard work. And by Saturday I was moving a piano up a flight of stairs!
