“This isn’t a typical review: I moved out to des peres about two years ago and didn’t know my way around at the time. I went the wrong way on Manchester with a dead phone at night. (Around midnight) I was having a full blown panic attack, it was dark, I was obviously crying, and couldn’t find a place to turn around since I had a line of cars behind me making me panic even more. I finally found somewhere to pull into and it just so happened to be this fire station. A few people came outside and were very nice to me about my situation. They let me come inside to call my parents to let them know I got lost and ended up 45 minutes away from our new home. While my phone charged they distracted me from my anxiety by showing me around and making me feel comfortable. The crew that night was very helpful and I’m thankful for them. This shows that they’re not only firemen, they’re very caring individuals. If y’all see this just know what you did for me means more than you know and I think about y’all every time I have to think about which way I’m headed on Manchester! You guys are the best!”

The people who work here are all very nice as well. A real good group of people, mostly ladies, and when all the employees come across as good people it's almost always because the person with the highest authority, owner or division manager or someone like that, is a decent human being who takes care of business so keep being a good person - we all appreciate it.”
