He noticed the only issue was a severed wire to a solenoid, which was able to be replaced for a MUCH cheaper cost. Tom was upfront with me about tests to run, cost, and what his thoughts were. “I cannot say enough praises for Lee's summit Honda service center I needed a state safety vehicle inspection at the end of the month when literally no one in the greater Kansas City Missouri area was available to do it after many many phone calls and visits to many locations they said they could get us in and they did and when I didn't pass the inspection because I needed a stud repair they went out of the way to get me in first thing in the morning and their waiting area was superb really nice free coffee machine an excellent playroom for the toddler our service technician was absolutely amazing and all the ways they honored the labor quote from the day before they went above and beyond all expectations at an extremely affordable rate very quick easy I have never been happier with automobile service center or repair or anything before I cannot stop saying enough awesome things about this service center. “I’ve been to Mike’s Auto Repair twice. Once was for my alternator and to replace engine mounts. My car was able to be dropped off by tow and was able to receive it back within 48-78 hrs. The second time I scheduled to get a oil change, they were full, but made a slot for me to come by to get it done within my schedule and timeframe. They follow through on their word and take care of their customers! I’m very impressed.”

“This place is pretty efficient, I was in and out in a decent time and the pricing is very affordable. The only thing that I had a small issue with is that they had left a small lite grease patch on my set, and oil prints on the outside of my vehicle. Nothing major I was able to clean it up very easy. But other than that would not mind going back and referring family and friends.”

And after I arrived at that shop, the employees ignored me and didn't offer any greeting in favor of helping the man that had shown up several minutes after I did, I just left and went straight down to the Royal tire shop. “Shift Transmission rebuilt my Ford Explorer transmission three years ago and it's still shifting good today. I visited them yesterday because i wanted them to look at my new car transmission. I had went to another shop but I remember shift transmission did an amazing job with my truck. They look at my new car and said it was just a sensor. It cost me a $100 and now my car is running great. The other shop said a needed a new transmission that would cost me $4000. Thanks Shift Transmission for your honesty. Keep treating people fair.”

Guys loaded the rear end I purchased onto my trailer and I was on my way. They also gave me a 90 day warranty vs the 30 days printed on their receipt and they marked it as such.
