“Decent place to live if you want to be in Wentzville and don’t have half a million dollars to spend on a home or don’t wanna spend $1200 in rent. Rent is perfect the lot space is perfect and we purchased our manufactured home flat out and flipped it so in the long run it’s worth it in these times. Only thing I don’t care for is the gross smell of the water plant right by my lot.”

“I've lived here long enough to renew my lease and its the best home I've rented in nearly 10 years. Rules are enforced and I love that. If it was not strict, it would not look as nice as it does. You get what you pay for 100%. I even got a new tree planted in my yard, the main road was recently repaved, lawns stay mowed, snow gets plowed. Those things matter. Sure, kids/teens roam the neighborhood, but that's just what they do no matter where you live. The office is responsive & personal - I've never had any issue with them. In fact, they've gone above and beyond nearly every time including helping me pick a really nice home here.”
