For example, I was in the shop this week and a customer was picking up a large ornament order (July Keepsake Release). The staff was diligent in ensuring all the requested ornaments were included, helped the customer pick out any additional ornaments desired from store inventory, and made sure the customers order for the October Keepsake Release was amended to include additional ornaments. “We are so grateful for Rouge’s HUGE role in making my whimsical woodland garden wedding vision come to life. I really wanted a natural, wild, eclectic, wildflower look to my bouquet and arrangements. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to translate the vision in my head to my florist, but Rouge did an incredible job understanding me and my style. They absolutely nailed the look I wanted. They gave my hair stylist plenty of flowers to choose from and work with for me hair in the morning. And in the afternoon, I was deep in making sure all my people had direction for decorating the ceremony space when Rouge arrived, but they got right to setting up flowers everywhere we discussed and made it all perfect and exactly how I imagined. They did such a great job getting all the info they needed from me ahead of time, they were able to setup independently without needing guidance from me on the day of. They greeted me, asked a couple quick questions, and then went above and beyond to make things SO perfect. I’m in love with how it all turned out! They were so friendly and responsive throughout the planning process too. I highly recommend Rouge!!”

“I brought my 2 grandchildren in for their first time appointments to the eye Dr. From the lady that took my call to the Dr assistance and techs to the Dr. They took their time. Made the kids feel comfortable enough that they want to go back again. The kids where heard and spoken to respectfully. The Dr took the time to allow me to call their mom so she could interstate the discussion of the appointment. That was very appreciated. I will be making my own eye Dr appt there as well. “We purchased a golf cart over the weekend. On Monday I called John about a golf cart tune up. On Monday evening, John came and picked up my golf cart and hauled it to the shop. They were very informative and kept us up to date while they were checking it over. The best part about the service, they delivered it back home to us! We did not have to worry about hauling it anywhere, they were so accommodating! We will be taking our cart to John and the guys at Caddy shack as long as they’ll take us! Caddyshack is the place to go for your golf cart needs! They have new and used carts for sale. We’re thinking about buying another; and if we do, we will be calling Caddy shack!”
