“I worked with Les D concerning my RV entertainment system. Furion DV3100 - No Sound From Speakers. After Les responded with a request for more information Les came to the same conclusion that I had come to. My unit could not be repaired and it was time to throw it in the trash. Apparently Fusion DV3100 are poorly made and your lucky if it will last a year. Hard to believe that a unit that got very little use would have absolutely cheap substandard parts that the Zone buttons would quit working. I imagine with the boom in RV sales going on right now Fusion could care less. Just build them as cheap as possible and shove them out the door. I will never buy another RV with anything in it built by Fusion. I suggest you do the same. Thanks Les for all your efforts to help me resolve the issue. Fusions lack of response for your request for information speaks volumes about their lack of concern for the customer.”

“(This review is long overdue.) Due to an icemaker leak we had to rehab our entire kitchen. I visited Sherry at the RSI location in Wentzville and she was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She made great suggestions and steered us down the best path for our low budget. Denny was our installer and we couldn't have gotten a better guy! Extremely professional and obviously knows his trade well! He was very flexible on install dates & times and actually showed me some tricks of the trade along the way to assist me in my future DIY projects. Overall just a pleasant experience plus....our kitchen looks AMAZING !!!! If there were more stars than 5 to choose from I would choose them all!!”

“I'm officially renaming this place Fancy Pants of Lake St. Louis. Once you walk in, you get a Nordstrom's vibe. Everything is well organized, spaced out and neat. The walls have the department name on them, making it easy to find accessories or shoes. The bathrooms are gorgeous too! They took great care of the "family room", which is adorable by the way. I came in looking for a shaw for a gala I went to and found one for $15! But right next to it was this bad leather belt that would've slayed my outfit - and it did. But for $75. 😫 I couldn't help it. Staff there are well dressed and very courteous. Nobody hassled me or was over my shoulder and they were easy tho find when I needed assistance. Ill definitely be back!”

“We are so grateful for Rouge’s HUGE role in making my whimsical woodland garden wedding vision come to life. I really wanted a natural, wild, eclectic, wildflower look to my bouquet and arrangements. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to translate the vision in my head to my florist, but Rouge did an incredible job understanding me and my style. They absolutely nailed the look I wanted. They gave my hair stylist plenty of flowers to choose from and work with for me hair in the morning. And in the afternoon, I was deep in making sure all my people had direction for decorating the ceremony space when Rouge arrived, but they got right to setting up flowers everywhere we discussed and made it all perfect and exactly how I imagined. They did such a great job getting all the info they needed from me ahead of time, they were able to setup independently without needing guidance from me on the day of. They greeted me, asked a couple quick questions, and then went above and beyond to make things SO perfect. I’m in love with how it all turned out! They were so friendly and responsive throughout the planning process too. I highly recommend Rouge!!”

“Took delivery of my new Rods and Rides Motorcycle on Thursday 5/25/2017. I wanted to get a few miles logged before I gave my review. The first thing I noticed is how meticulous they were in every aspect of building my bike, from hiding all the wiring it the tubing to where the hydraulic lines for the brakes and clutch were placed. It seems all were painstakingly thought out. I have had no real issues to date and it runs and rides great, other than needing my carb adjusted all has been good. I called Rods and Rides this morning to inquire about having the adjustment made and spoke with the owner, he said "Bring it on out and I will take care of it for you". I am lucky enough to live within 50 miles of their facility, but never expected to get in so quickly to get the adjustments needed. While I was there he took time to go over the bike, checking the brakes, clutch etc. to make sure everything was up to par. I would have to say all things taken into consideration my experience with Rods and Rides has been amazing and would suggest to anyone interested in a one of a kind bike to give them a call.”

The store is always very clean, and they have a wide selection of apparel for all sizes. They also have one of the best selections of STL sports apparel that I've seen in a store. There are a few things that are cheaper quality, but I would expect that with the pricing. They also have a great selection of running footwear for both mens and womens, including big brands such as Nike, New Balance, Adidas, and Brooks. They also have Crocs and Adidas sliders, Hey Dude, and Magellan brand casual footwear. I would definitely go here before other brand stores when shopping for outdoor items and workout/leisure clothing.”

“My family absolutely loves the cookie box! The decorated sugar cookies are delicious and look fantastic. I have ordered many of them for special events and our guests always love them. For the holidays this year I ordered a dozen of the snickerdoodle cookies and I think these might be my absolute favorite! Best cookie I've ever had! My kids always love her holiday cookies! The new shop in O'Fallon on Highway K is adorable and she is always stocked with great flavor options. Best cookies in town!!!”
