I absolutely love hiking this park. The nature here is so beautiful. The trail isn't just flat or just paved. It offers every walker and nature goer a variety of trails and hiking challenges, though I wouldn't say anything I e seen so far is an advanced difficulty trail. Lots of dogs at this park on the trail so if you bring yours, keep a short leash as the trails are narrow. The kids will love the various hanging vines (some of which you can hang on and swing from! If you hike the non paved trails keep an eye out for the special ceramic trail guardians that intermittently dot the pathway!!

I love waking the trails here. It's beautiful and dog-friendly. Don't forget to bring your "doggy bags" since they don't have any at the park. Plenty of shade on the trails. I love this place!

This is a great park, with a nice, paved walking path, through a beautiful wooded area, and a stream. There are public restrooms, and it has plenty of parking. We enjoyed walking, then relaxing a bit, on one of the benches. It's a nice park, and it's very popular. We'll definitely return to this one.

This park is truly a hidden gem - I almost don’t even want to post this review just to be selfish!

The entrance is at the end of a road that you would never go down unless you were specifically heading to Emmenegger. You will pass Powder Valley Nature Center on your way here... if you don’t not have a dog with you - go to Powder Valley! It’s a beautiful park that has more trails and is bigger than Emmenegger. However.. when I go to the parks.. I take my dog and we love it here.
Parking is limited so try and go during the off times vs the peak. There’s also only one way in and one way out so understand you will see other people. On a busy day we can see 4-5 other parties/people while walking the paved trail and 1-2 other parties if we go up the ridge trail (so worth it! For this area it is a mid level hike... not easy not at all difficult. Can be steep and rocky)

The nature is beautifully preserved and I always find something new each time I go. This is our favorite park in the area to go for walks and hikes with our dog - PLEASE clean up after your pup if you bring them! There is a lack of trash cans in the back end of the park but don’t just leave it. There’s a trash can right next to the car park so there is no excuse!

Great hike. Trail markings aren't the best, so keeping a map open on phone was helpful.
