“My visit was just a drive through while out taking pictures at night. The area seemed quiet and appeared clean so I felt like it's friendly enough from the outside. There is the well placed lake on the west side. I think Springdale is the name of the neighborhood and the lake is named the same. I didn't see any tables or picnic areas around the lake to my guess is that it's not recreational. Still, a nice visual though.”

“I've lived in the park for a little over two years. The management is strict but no stricter than any apartment complex I've lived at. Their rules and regulations are there for a reason though. People think just because it's a trailer park that they can act however they want, well in my opinion this is not a "trailer park" thanks to the management it's a mobile home community with several amenities that many apartment complexes don't even have while still being able to have a "home" with a yard at the most reasonable price in the city. If you just go and talk to the management they really are there to help you as long as your honest with them.. they are understanding and give you adequate time to fix any issues they have with your property and offer solutions to help you.. highland manor gave me a chance to start over so that I can support myself and have a nice place to call home when no other renters would. Excited for many more years to be a part of this mobile home community.”

We just had the end of summer party w/bouncing house & DJ. This one also included hamburgers, hotdogs , drinks & chips. “Haven't been there in years eight to be exact... Same friendly customer service like they had eight years ago. We had problem with our online tickets they took care of it in minutes.. What impressed me was the supervisor came and made sure we were taken care of..I like the personal touch. Went to our cabin it was spotless we then unpacked and went to visit Worlds of Fun same friendly staff thruout the park.”

“5/15/2017 I'll update later, but, so far I've called and spoken with the managers, made reservations, then on top of everything she sat on the phone and answered the many questions I had. We told her we'll be staying long term, got us all booked for it. 9/07/2018 I haven't been there for a few months now. But I miss it everyday. The time I spent there was always welcoming and homey. The people there really are a community that connect like family. The managers were kind and always helpful. Would recommend 5 out of 5 times.”
