Unlike many other stores that I've been in they are not cleaning the counters after each customer has finished their transactions. Overall my experience with customer service and my return everything went smoothly. The customer service rep was very attentive to the reasoning of my return and engaged in conversation.”

“At this point we have not received the item we purchased so we’re giving 4 stars only for service at the store. Becki was perfect as she answered all my questions and followed up the next day. The following day we decided for sure it was the right item for us. She got all the paperwork ready for us and two other people took care of us for Becki. When we arrived EVERYTHING was ready! All we have left is to have it delivered. I’m counting on a great set up and delivery! Two years later… I went back to Lincoln mattress and furniture because I really loved my I comfort Serta bed and I needed a larger bed so I went back to see what they had available. Amy greeted me very shortly after I came into the store and I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight back to the bed. I had my paperwork from the previous purchase and she went over it with me and the available beds that closely resembled the bed I had purchased before… I found the bed that felt almost exactly like my bed feels she got me set up with the purchase, I purchased it, she said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks and that someone would be calling me a few days before they would bring the bed over and set it up. On my way home from Lincoln mattress and furniture Amy called me and said that the store had my mattress and adjustable frame in stock and that she could have it delivered as soon as I would like. So at this point we are set up for delivery for Friday this is Tuesday! I am very very pleased with the quality our furniture and the service”

“Shopping in the store is great as long as you can see what they have but don't order on line. They told me half of my order was in the store to pick up and I would have to order the other half. When I went to the store half of the order that was supposed to be there wasn't and they took out two different payments that added up to almost twice. As much as the total should have been. I've always liked Lowes. First time shopping online. Never again”

“I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after reading some of the reviews online. Mike was very helpful in listening to my needs and explaining how he could build a mattress to suit those needs. I was pleased that I didn’t have to try out twenty different mattresses to find the best one. All I needed to do was pick my price point and try that mattress. Mike made adjustments to the display until it felt just right. I waited until the next day to actually order the mattress and was impressed when I got a call Monday afternoon that the mattress was done and could be delivered Tuesday. The ability to make adjustments to the comfort level of the mattress over the life of the mattress is a great selling point. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product at a competitive price. Why buy a mattress made for everybody when you can buy one made just for you. Thanks Mike”

Terrance, the owner of the business, was super helpful professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the different options for beds they have in store. I think the coolest part is he offers drop shipping directly to your house as part of the experience. I have to say one of the best experiences I have had when shopping for a bed. It is like pier1 supersized and I haven't even gotten to see all they have to offer. And they open till later than most stores which is helpful.
