“Aaron is Amazing. we started out on the computer we knew what we were looking for and the price range that we were interested in. we lived over an hour away and so mostly work doing all business over computer and by phone. he was awesome he took the time to answer all our questions he was so super patient. had everything lined up we literally jumped in our car after work, drove down there, paperwork ready to go and we were back home in no time with our new van. excellent service. highly recommend. can't wait to make new memories with our new vehicle very friendly and honest. you can't go wrong if you're looking for a reliable used vehicle. update. We had trouble with our title and their financing.I would not use their financing we had trouble with the Colorado Federal Credit Union. And also ask them if they have the title on hand we have a lot of trouble with the title it was a mess at the courthouse we wound up going to our local bank took weeks to get the title transferred from their financing company. Overall we love the van it's a great vehicle but make sure you ask them if they have a free & clear title so nobody else has to go through the Hoops we did.”

“I bought a 1966 Bronco in Dec ’22 and wanted to have some minor repairs done - squeaks/rattles, lights, horn, adjust the seat, wipers, fluids, hub caps, shocks, etc… Just wanted them to go over it thoroughly and make sure it’s safe and roadworthy. We also weren’t aware that most of the hoses were 57 years old, so we had them all replaced. Mike’s Restoration has a great team! Eric’s quote was detailed right down to each and every little widget that needed replacing. That takes time and attention to detail to draft a proper quote and to source so many different parts! We felt the quote was very reasonable, considering all the things they did. We also loved talking to Mike. He’s very proud of all the projects happening under his watch and he takes the time to show customers around and talk about the various cars in the shop. Loving my new old Bronco!”

I had travel trailer with me. They squeezed me in the schedule so I could get worked seeing as I was just passing through and they let me stay in there parking lot with my trailer and also they let me get water so I could shower and cook. Although we were referred to by my husband and his family, (so we knew a salesman there before coming up to look, as Sid Dillon has been taking care of the Rayburns for several vehicle purchases thru the years) it was still the best car buying experience ever! I was very skeptic of getting financing options for my purchase because of a horrible experience last year at H & H Chevrolet in Omaha. But Lance Simnit was very compassionate and very understanding and assured me that they would only do as I requested with my credit app. After trying to buy an Acadia Denali and being told we couldn't get the financing on that particular vehicle, I asked Lance if there was an option on the other vehicle that peeked our interest. His response was that they had not tried due to my concerns of how many inquiries would be on my credit. I told him to go ahead and he called me back within a half hour and told me to come get my new car! Dave in finance was very helpful explaining all the documents and why I was signing them and what the licensing process would be for an out of state purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour!! Lance took the time to sit with me through my OnStar sign up and had already enrolled me prior to my arrival for the free trial diagnostics report on my vehicle. The pricing was AMAZING, the sales process was AMAZING and the financing was AMAZING!! I bought a Honda Pilot from Dove Auto in Feb of 2022, when i purchased the vehicle there was a transmission light which they said they would take of, after having car for about a month the light came back on. Long story short there end up being a pretty expensive issue, that any other dealership would of said its your car now your problem. Denny and his team stayed true to there word and fixed the problem. It did take tell june of 2022. It was fixed. the only thing i would change would be the communication. I can deal with that when they fixed the problem. Dove auto will be my first choice when i decide to purchase a Vehicle for my teenagers.”
