“My car broke down on the interstate and based on the recommendation of my dad I had it towed to Midlands. Over the phone asked what was going on and seemed to value my own opinion of what the issue was, and were very transparent with the fact that they were all booked a week out but they would try to see it as soon as possible. 3 days later they had my car in and sent me a very impressive online file that documented their detailed inspection with pictures! Out of all the auto shops I’ve been to, this is a first. They called me back with their recommendations and gave me a realistic timeline of when the repairs would finished. I’m a college kid who normally does all my repairs myself but based on my circumstances and their fair prices I was happy to let them service my car. They didn’t take any short cuts and made sure my alternator was actually faulty and not some other issue. I felt informed during the whole process and that means a lot to me. I will definitely be returning for future repairs.”

“I bought first my car at the Intellexim Auto 6 years ago. The Lexus I bought was in excellent condition even though it was listed as original title with a previous salvage history on it. At first I was very surprised with the low price they were offering, and I decided to check it with my mechanic. After checking everything we found it in a very good condition with only 30,000 miles on it without any other problems. The seller was very polite and showed me the pictures how the car was before and what they did to fix it. For me it was a great deal, I thought hey, it's a pretty great deal to buy a used car with new parts on it and save $3,000 compared to other average competitors. I was happy to have my Lexus for 6 years and did not have any problems with it. My second car I bought from Intellexim was a Jeep 2015 with 46,000 miles on it. And again, $6000 lower than the average market! I am driving my car a year now and it is in perfect condition, almost new. What I like about this place is their cars are well taken care of and cleaned so well that they feel like new. I recommend this car dealership to everyone and all my friends! -Ryan”

I reserved a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat with the Tremor package for my wife in mid August with Tanner. I had another exact build on reserve at another Ford dealership. I told each place the first one to arrive wins. Baxter’s Ranger had a delivery date of one week after the other dealer. Tanner kept me posted on the status several times. “This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle without touching it and believe me it was not easy to convince myself it was the right thing to do. I've always heard about the honesty and integrity of Woodhouse so I convinced myself to try it just this one time because they presented me a fantastic deal on a used vehicle with features I insisted I had to have. I made multiple calls to the salesman with questions and needs for reassurance and finally a deal was completed. I also received a financing package that fit the budget with a much better financing rate than my local bank. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is one small detail about a feature that didn't function, however, I was told "everything" worked on the vehicle by the salesman. I was also sold a Ford extended service plan that I was told "covered everything" by this salesman then come to find out it does not cover the feature that is not working so that upset me a bit. A couple communication attempts via text and email to resolve went unanswered as well. I have since made contact with a member of upper management and regarding my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication after the sale and the integrity of this particular salesman's word to which I was assured it would be addressed. I'm also in the process of getting the feature repaired with an offer of cost share by Woodhouse. For the first time online purchase of a vehicle it really was not that bad, will I do it again? Perhaps, all of the issues encountered to create a 4/5 star rating could also have happened with an in person deal as well so,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yea,,,,,,,,,,,I'll give it another try when I'm ready. It really was a good buy, great financing and I love the vehicle!!!”
