“Update 1/13/2022: The park has a new manager, Brandi Crom, and she does an excellent job! She is always super friendly and polite and goes above and beyond to help!! She took the time to hand deliver Christmas cards to all of the residents. It is a pleasure to have her as the park manager:) . I have lived in this park for almost 10 years. It has undergone new ownership and new management within the last few years. The current manager, Matt Jones, (Strive Communities), has done such a great job! The park has been renovated and the lots are now clean, trash free and look better than ever. As an Air Force veteran, I recommend this community to all of those stationed at Offutt A.F.B. It is a quiet, peaceful park with neighbors who respect each others' privacy and space. It would be nice to see more military people here, as well!”

“This is a lovely park for camping and the caboose camper cabins they offer are a fun option. My mistake was to come for hiking - the customer service person told me the trails aren’t marked on the map they give out and he didn’t seem to know for sure if there are any or where I could find them. He did tell me to watch out for hunters with bows. The park is fairly small, we didn’t find any actual trails, I would say it is best for family camping since they do offer many different options for that (cabooses, regular cabins, multiple spaces for RVs and tents). There is a small lake with a beach that’s great for swimming, and you can also swim in the river (although the lake is safer). The cabooses should be reserved online first since they are pretty booked up through the summer. Minimum stay is two nights, so they can’t be booked just for an overnight stay. Overall the park is clean, seems safe, and the nature is pretty. We saw lots of different kinds of birds, including a goose nesting right by the camping area.”

“My wife and I had checked into the hotel and the key to our room did not work, so I went to the front desk to get it corrected. I was standing in line waiting for the front desk reception who was dealing with another customer. Quinn one of the staff at the hotel approached me and asked me if he could help. I told him what had happened and he offered to open the door for me so we could put our luggage in the room. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door and it was Quinn who had gone to the front desk and he had two keys for us, so that we would not have to go through the process. He was quite polite and apologetic for any inconvenience. Let me say in the customer service industry, Quinn is the type of person you need. Thanks Rick and Joan Joyal The room was clean.”

The room was clean the bathroom was clean. We had wifi, directv, microwave, refrigerator and a usb charging port. (good thing, I didn't have a wall charger). “Very nice owner :) What a blessing to find starlite in between residence (trying to buy a house!). So, this is helped tremendously in a time that could be more stressful. Thankful it is so clean! No smoking or pets. Cleaner than I had seen any hotel ever that I had stayed at. I was pleasantly surprised at just how clean, as well as how comfortable the beds. Free WiFi, cable tv, with roomy mini fridge, microwave made my stay easier. It is near railroad tracks, trains frequent, but after 1st night ear plugs did the trick. I would definitely recommend starlite & stay again if the need arises.”

“So far so good. Stayed 2 out of my 5 nights and am loving my stay. I don't know if this is now an americinn or if it use to be and is now amara inn, but they have SUPER NICE ROOMS. Hot water never runs out. Nice quiet neighborhood. Just wish they had biscuits and gravy on their breakfast, would give them another star. I will Check out pool and fitness room later.”

“Nice clean quiet campground. Primitive as well as gravel camping pads for campers. First come first serve. Great fishing, we caught cats up to 9 lbs. There are a few hydrants however no dump station. There is one to the north just north of Milligan at the Sinclair.”
