“I am editing my review just two weeks after this initial post from 1 star to 4 stars! I was a bit desperate and decided to try one more time. I left a message with out much hope of getting a return call! Well, to my surprise, I received a call back the next day and was able to get a telamed/telahealth visit not too soon after. The NP (Abby) that did the call, was great. She took her time with me, answered every question and had me referred to 6 specialists with referrals faxed the next day! I did express my frustration and was told that with COVID they had difficulty finding and keeping someone to answer the phones and return messages. I’m quite sure that they didn’t get any of mine! Anyway, if you can, please give them another chance! Original Review: They don't even deserve this one star! I too have been trying to get an appointment for over 5 months. I have left countless messages when the voicemail didn't cut me off and have never received a call back. I decided to try again and there is a new message stating that they are "telehealth" only. I still have not received a call back. Thank goodness my condition is not critical. Beyond poor customer service!!!”

“Dr. Stacey and his staff are amazing! I saw Dr. Stacey die a terrible ingrown toenail and his MA/nurse, Tisha, was the absolute best! She was so welcoming and comforting. I’m the kind of girl who will not go to an office or go back to an office if the doctor is great, but the staff is awful. So this to me was AMAZING. Tisha and Dr. Stacey took such wonderful of me. I have zero pain throughout the procedure. Dr. Stacey and Tisha took their time to explain the procedure to me and every little detail. I was comfortable the entire time and would HIGHLY, 10/10, recommend Dr. Stacey! I also do not have insurance, so I was cash pay. They are SUPER affordable. I worked at a family practice and the cost for a cash patient to see a doctor was more than what I paid to see Dr. Stacey. Super affordable, AMAZING care, GREAT staff, INCREDIBLE Dr. Stacey.”
