“I've been going to this place for quite sometime and I realized I never left the review it deserves. First, the place is really cute. Nice decorations and always clean. - Staff is super nice and the owners are frequently there, who are just as kind. - Coffee, tea, and water are always kept full. And that's just when you walk in. After many years, you see employees come and go, but I come back because I've never had a bad service. From Treasure doing my nails, Candy coloring my hair, all the way to the really affordable laser hair removal. I'll keep going back as long as they're there.”

“Southwest Medical Urgent Care specifically the Montecito location has become my favorite place to go for last minute medical care needs. Before writing this review I wanted to go there on different days and at different times to see if what I experienced the first time was a hoax. It wasn’t!! What I love most about them is how efficient they are in dealing with patients. I have never waited long for anything .I am usually taken to the back for vitals check rather quickly and given a room. Within minutes I am seen by a PA or a NP and evaluated for my medical needs. Although not official “MD’s” these people are more than capable and competent to deal with patients. The staff is very nice, the facilities are clean and there is always plenty of parking close to the entrance. Now I know what you might be thinking, this guy must be paid to write this review or he works there. I would think the same thing after reading what I wrote. Trust me I Am NOT!! This place is really that awesome.”

“My whole family and I got eye examines and glasses here. The staff was patient and very helpful. I had issues with my glasses. It wasn't the doctor or the staff's fault. Though I had to visit a few more times for the lens manufacturer to get it right, the doctor approved a frame change so that my glasses sat on my face the right way (progressive lenses are tricky). No charge. I was so grateful that they worked with me to resolve these issues. I highly recommend Eyecare Services.”

“The technician was kind enough to allow my nephew and I to be seen after waiting 2 hrs and being the last patients as walk-ins for lab work when we did not have an appointment and he ended up staying overtime just to help us which was kind of him and we sincerely appreciated it. My nephew said he was good because he was quick and painless since the poke didn’t hurt and the technician was quick at getting the blood drawn. He was a gentlemen after a long hard day at work so we really appreciated him for considering us even though he didn’t have to. So 5 stars for him and his kind heart and care factor! “I came to get my hair done by Cindy! She is amazing at what she does. Cindy normally works with an assistant and I personally enjoy this as it ensures accuracy (plus your hair gets done faster)! I wanted extensions plus to get my hair a darker color as a trial for my wedding in February. Cindy/Brenda exceeded my expectations for these services. I love the color and since I never had extensions before- I didn’t know what to expect. They both made me feel super comfortable and I even asked if we could go a little darker in color- they did it no questions asked!
