“Hidden gem here! Buried deep in the Santa Fe Casino is this awesome diner. Food is exceptional and service is excellent. I could not believe how good the food and how the portions are very generous. Make sure you try the calari as an appetizer and leave room for some dessert. Bottom line: another favorite that I will add to my rotation of restaurants off strip in Vegas.”

I think the philosophy they have there shows and makes a difference. One thing I didn’t expect was nutritional coaching. I initially signed up just to see what it was all about. Nothing ground breaking at first but having someone work with you to tailor a diet plan that is both effective and achievable has been great! Ellie is super energetic and engaging and provides continual feedback based on your needs. I never realized how much a good diet could affect your energy levels during your workouts, and improve recovery time so that you are ready to go the next day! Thanks to Ellie for showing me the way. I highly recommend Laminin and if you have ever been curious about some nutritional coaching Ellie is the best. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!”
