“I love this doctor, he is amazing! I will never go anywhere else as long as it’s up to me. My recommendations are that, during this time where we have to knock and wait before coming in, they keep a chair outside the door for people like me who can’t stand for very long. I would also recommend that they make their branding consistent. When I received a text notification from the office it said a different name than their official name. No matter which dentist you see, they are all excellent and caring doctors who are very well respected in their professions. They thoroughly explain their dental check ups on me as well as any procedure they are performing. My teeth are doing very well under their care. Another strength is their support staff. The support staff are very helpful answering my numerous questions and friendly and respectful to everyone they see. They work proactively with my insurance to eliminate billing issues. Also, their billing is fair and easy to understand. Whether you come by yourself or with family members, you won’t be disappointed. “EDIT: I went back to speak with the Dr and discussed switching to an IUD instead (and to ask what the hold up was). She sent a note to her Manager about the issue, and I signed the paperwork and left. Before I had even reached my car in the parking lot, the Manager had already called my insurance to approve the IUD and was calling to schedule an appointment within a week! The Dr was fantastic, but it's was months since my visit and I still haven't received a report of my condition or a call back for the Implanon insert. In fact, the only thing they've remembered to do was bill me.”

Most customer service on the other line is not friendly or concern or not even sensitive BUT with SAMANTHA… she’s all above and beyond and most of all you can tell from her voice that she just don’t work there for Paychex but she is knowledgeable ‼️‼️‼️ I hope they keep her forever and that her coworker can learn something from her or to each other about customer service because as for me I’m been in the business of customer service catering to needs of client for more than 20 years and she has that in her even it was just on the phone conversation and that’s very important because phone conversation and person to person is always different. “I am not one to ever submit reviews but had to after the excellent care we received! We recently moved to LV from New Mexico where quality healthcare was non existent. I called ENTC on a Saturday and requested an appointment to have my 4 year old daughter examined for constant ear infections/sinus congestion concerns that were previously dismissed by other doctors! They returned my call first thing Monday morning and saw her that same day! Dr. Mirabal confirmed what we knew all along. She needed tubes and needed her adenoids removed! Everything from patient care, to Melissa in Scheduling, the front desk staff, preregistration, every single person was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind! They all called the day before surgery and even the anesthesiologist called me to discuss the surgery and any concerns! My daughter had her surgery today and they blew us out of the water again with their excellent patient care! Dr Mirabal and Dr Brookshire were fabulous and made this nervous momma feel at ease! The recovery/discharge nurse, Penny, was amazing as well! This place is top notch!”
