“I've read these other comments and am wondering if they saw the same dentist I did. First of all the receptionist definitely exceeded my expectations because I had to cancel two appointments because of transportation issues. Finally I was able to see the Dentist on four different occasions. I had all my teeth pulled and did them in one session. When she was done pulling them I couldn't believe how thorough she was. I never felt any pain or discomfort. I went back three more times and was fitted for dentures. I was suppose to follow up for an adjustment. No need because she got it right the first time. There's nothing to adjust. I originally went to a dentist in green valley who told me that I was going to have to come out of pocket $1400 for a procedure that this dentist never mentioned. A procedure I didn't need. This dentist is the best and I have four friends that will be getting the same procedure done.”

“I enjoyed Dr Hansen and his staff. No line wait times hardly. Small office. Dr preformed a small in office procedure in my feet. One needing stitches. Pricing is affordable for self pay patients. Way less then I was quoted back home in Texas. I waited to write this review for a while to see how my issue was resolved and I feel great. Funny how you get used to pain and don’t realize how much extra strain walking causes. Problem fixed. Walking straight and feel great.”

“I only come when I schedule an appointment. I come early as for any appointment. The staff is nice and I've never had any issues here. Sometimes you wait but that's because sometimes appointments run longer than expected, employees call out sick, short staff, etc. I appreciate the people that work here and do a service for the community. They're probably tired and deal with difficult people all day. I've never gone to a medical professional and didn't have to wait, whether it was a doctor at a private practice, planned parenthood, the dentist's office, or places like snhd. I can see they try their best and they have to deal with a lot. I want to give people credit for caring and trying as hard as they can. They even try to encourage uninsured people to get health insurance and apply for medicaid if applicable. Nothing is perfect in the US, especially when you're not rich, but I don't have any complaints here.”

“Dr Hinojosa, Candace, and the office staff are professional and kind! I was recommended to this dentist by my sister and I feel very comfortable going back in six months. The dentist was gentle during the exam, cleaning and the filling. He was very attentive and encouraged a break when he sensed I needed one. Candace is the dental assistant that took my x-rays and she was so sweet and friendly I immediately trusted her to guide me through 18+ x-rays. Which wasn’t easy...I have a sensitive gag reflex and she was very patient and encouraging. Everyday hero!”
