“Big joke (billing wise). I have been a patient of Dr. Swanson since roughly 2005, before he was Alpine Family Medicine, I adore him, however, recently my insurance plan changed. I was told it was ok and seen once with my new plan. After that the office manager said "we dont accept that plan". I'm now having to seek a new physician, which is difficult due to my work schedule and I did not want to as I've been with Swanson for so many years. Thanks for nothing "office manager". It is obvious that patient loyalty means nothing to you.”

“Our dad, Roger was admitted to Senior Bridges in December 2019 with dementia. Unfortunately we all live out of state & with COVID 19 we were unable to visit our dad before he passed away. My sisters & I are so thankful for the wonderful care that he received while he was a patient at Senior Bridges. We were able to talk to our dad via phone calls as well as Zoom calls before he passed away. The care our dad received from Karla, Pam, Jolene, Lisa, Jenn & along with all the staff was terrific.
