I claimed that the tire had a hole, but he explained to me that the only problem is the rim. It can be fixed. Not replaced new. And he assured me that I did not need a new tire. “Really love this place. Have been bringing my C300 here since I bought it two years ago and Frank has been phenomenal. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, honest and considerate of my pocketbook. On multiple occasions, he’s told me that a repair the dealership recommended could wait a couple months and even recommended cost-effective alternatives (eg he told me to get my tires from Costco!) The office staff is also very friendly. Owning a German car or any other luxury vehicle can be unnecessarily tough because a lot mechanics will talk up the price of repairs and justify it as necessary because “it’s a luxury car” or “it’s a European vehicle and needs very particular care.” It’s very comforting to have a mechanic who is honest and noble. Although they were not able to help us with the tail light, Seth went out of his way to find us a new set of tail lights online that would fit my husbands truck and sent me the link. They checked for outstanding recalls and reset my light. I was in and out at no charge within a half hour. Shout out to Paul Dupree my service advisor.
