“As a huge steak lover the Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants!!!! The staff are all very nice and friendly and are always coming back to the table to make sure you are happy and to see if you need anything. I called there for an animal cruelty case that happened that they were a victim of and I heard about it following up. the person that answered the phone on 11-20-18 was very kind and helpful to me and explained the police were called and it happened to the store next to theirs. I asked her a myriad of questions pertaining to the incident and she handled them all and did not even vaguely attempt to circumvent the questions at all.
