“I would give the overall process a 10 if I could. The entire car buying experience was simply top notch. I was able to book an appointment in less than 24 hours after my initial inquiry about my 2016 Toyota Camry. From the moment I was greeted at the desk, they had all of my information so there was no time wasted at all, until I was personally introduced to my salesman Alan E. After a brief introduction, Alan guided me to the car and suggested I take a test drive with it before we even discussed price to make sure I liked the way the car drove. The test drive went well and it was now time to discuss the details. I knew that I wanted the car because of the quality vehicle that it was, however it was slightly above my price range. However, since the car was for my son, quality was worth a few extra dollars knowing that he was going to be behind the wheel of a CPO Toyota Camry. I was introduced to Ron (Manager), he and Alan were amazing in helping us work out the finances. They were extremely patient and allowed my wife and myself privacy to talk about our decision. After coming to a mutually agreeable price for the car, we met Ilia (Finance Manager), and once again we were made to feel comfortable and important. He worked quickly and efficiently in completing the transaction. As I said earlier, the overall experience was simply amazing, the courtesy, knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone in the dealership was second to none. She did not up sell anything. She simply educated us on the product and the advantages of the models. Her honesty and transparency sold us before the automobile did. “UPDATED: The General Manager, Pete, was a huge to help to correct any issues. He was A+ in understanding and quick to address my concerns. We are very happy with the service he provided. I am typically never one to leave reviews or file a complaint but I am beyond frustrated at this point. We purchased a pre-owned GMC Yukon and the initial experience was great. Upon purchase, we had agreed to get some minor things fixed with our sales rep. The follow-up to get these things fixed is unacceptable. We have been told this and that and given dates with ZERO follow-up. We were made to feel like we are harassing the dealership to get our car in and now we feel the same to get our car back with multiple calls to find out the status with no call backs. We do appreciate the loaner but at this point we have had a loaner car for almost as long as our actual car at this point. I only gave 2 stars as we do appreciate the loaner. Besides that I would never recommend this dealership to anyone as there is no accountability to their promises.”

She went the extra mile and made every effort until I found a car that was suitable for my son. I was more than satisfied with my purchase because of her. The dealership itself was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My finance guy was just as nice....everyone was. Start to finish it was a long process but it was well worth the wait.
