“Irving is very talented at teaching tai chi. I had tried to learn tai chi several times over the past years but could not progress beyond the first 6-7 moves. Irving has an amazing ability to break down complex movements into smaller steps that are easy to learn. And now I go for good 14 -15 minutes of a tai chi round and can finally feel its benefits! Just after the first 3 weeks of practicing tai chi with Irving I started having significant pain relief. Now at week 6, I quite literally forget that I used to have chronic pain for years. “I had my engagement party at La Taverna Lounge towards the end of February. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our server (Marilyn) and bartender (Justin) did a phenomenal job of having things run so smoothly. I didn't have to stress at all day of and was able to enjoy myself. The food was also amazing! We did the Brunch Buffet and I would absolutely 10/10 recommend. All of our friends and family raved about the food! We also got our cake from the bakery and we loved it so much. The red velvet cake was so so fresh and I was still eating yummy leftovers up until almost a week later with no change in flavor. Would absolutely recommend having a party here!”
