From the moment you walk in to the showroom to signing the final paper work and driving off, to post sale customer care, outstanding. I mainly worked with Karim, who was a lot of fun on the test drive and put up with my impatience on the wait for the order. Everyone else was always friendly and very knowledgeable. It also helps when you are selling one of the hottest ev's on the road. If you are looking for a new electric vehicle definitely stop by check out the showroom, talk to the staff, test drive a polestar 2 (or 3 when they get them) and I bet you, you will be calling them back to order one.

Picked up my Polestar 2 a few days ago and I just love it. It’s a beautiful, well-built car with the latest technology and multiple safety features. Very impressive.

I had purchased a 2023 Polestar 2 a week ago from this location and it was an amazing experience! The Space itself is beautiful and unlike any other dealership out there. Mariah was also great to work with throughout the whole process. She was quick to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable in my first car-buying experience. If you are interested in getting a Polestar and are located in New Jersey - this is the place to go!

Purchased my Polestar 2 from Karim yesterday. For most people buying a new car is harrowing adventure. Honestly, I've always enjoyed the cat and mouse game of negotiations and high pressure sales techniques. I understood that during the test drive the salesmen tried to become my friend, to the negotiations where they become the enemy, and then once you take delivery, they don't even know you. Polestar Princeton and Karim were a totally different experience. From the beginning to the end it was a no pressure experience. Karim was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my Many (like most first time electric buyers) questions accurately and honestly. The process was quick and actually thoroughly enjoyable. I took delivery on Thursday, but had to return on Saturday to drop off the extra key from my trade in. Even though Karim had delivered the car the day before, he spent an additional hour with me going over features and just having pleasant conversation. I bought many luxury cars in my life and I have never felt as appreciated as I do from Karim. I honestly believe that he cares about more than just selling cars. BTW I love the car as well!!

My recent Polestar 2 purchase was excellent. Karim answered all my questions was very prompt and wasn't hesitant to reach out to the entire team there if my request or specific question was best directed to another department(s) (finance, service). Claire was equally as proficient and helpful, we absolutely will be using Polestar Princeton for future vehicle purchases and look forward to seeing the New Space when it opens up!
