Also I will say, that I like hot & spicy foods but if you have someone who doesn't like it don't do the HOT broth even the mild was extremely HOT! Unfortunately to the point where you couldn't enjoy the rest of your meal due to burning your taste buds on that one broth! So my advice would be to do the not HOT broth, and and to your spice. I did that and it was a much more enjoyable meal. Luckily I hadn't put all my meal (noodles, meat, herbs and vegetables) in the HOT broth right away without testing it, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it.”

Jeff is training Krav Maga, which is one of the best self defense program…..straight to the point and effective techniques that work against potential attacks. I wanted to take self defense classes all my life. I started training with Jeff a month ago and I'm loving it. I am a beginner and Jeff is training with dedication, patience and personal attention. The classes are challenging, informative, conducted in a light and friendly manner. I'm really impressed with the skills I've picked up and how I have strengthen my ability to defend myself in various situations. You don't have to be physically strong to be able to protect yourself. You need to learn how to react in a bad situation.This class is a gem and I recommend it to everyone.”

“I might run out of superlatives to describe the amazing service I received today. I had a service appointment today at 0800, and arrived at 0740. The sign on their door says, "Remain in your car with your hazzards on, and a team member will come check you in." So I followed the directions and chilled in my car. I discovered later that they have a geo-fence that recognizes your arrival and puts your name in their queue. At 0802 Joey, my service advisor for the day, walked up to my car, greeted me warmly and let me know what to expect. I was there for an issue that was under warranty that needed some diagnostic work, so he let me know it might take awhile and offered me some transportation options. I declined because I had work with me I could do in their waiting area. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable, with different chair types and the usual amenities like water, coffee, etc. and even has a patio area with tables and chairs. Joey checked in with me around 0900 to advise me on a safety issue regarding my rear tires (which I suspected) and recommended I replace them, which I did. At 1000 I was informed that they tried some corrective measures regarding the issue I was having and that they'd have to try some more aggressive things that might take a bit longer. He again offered transportation options but I declined. Instead I walked around the shopping area near the service center and grabbed some lunch. I returned around noon and ran into Ryan, who was my service advisor on a previous visit, and he greeted me and proactively offered to double check on my situation, which I was grateful for. A few minutes later I witnessed another advisor, Dean, deftly handling a very difficult customer. It was fascinating watching how he repeatedly deescalated the situation. Soon after that, another advisor, Alisha, walked by and noticed I had been there awhile. I told her Joey was on it and communicating with me regularly, but she still asked me for my name and promised to go see if she could expedite my situation. Not 10 minutes later, yet another advisor (I think his name was Roan), was walking by and he also checked in with me. It looked like he was training a new employee (Margaret?), and likely used that interaction as a training opportunity. I didn't get the names of the technicians who worked on my car, but I did witness them working together to solve my issue, and two of them rode together for the road test. At 1pm all of my work was completed and the check out process was swift. This entire team should be commended for their excellent service! Thank you!”

“This was my first time ever eating here and I walked away a happy customer. I was going to try the pizza place next door and decided to see what they sold here. I'm so glad I did! The staff was friendly and even offered to let me sample anything I wanted. I sampled the savory mayo and fell in love. I got a custom made sandwich, Smoked turkey, American cheese, bacon, savory mayo, lettuce & tomato on a ciabatta roll. It was amazing! I'm already planning on getting lunch from here sometime this week! Can't wait to go back! *Update.... I've been back 4 times since this first time!”

“After going to this store today, I can say I am very satisfied with my visit. I picked up 4 DS games: Pokémon White, Super Mario Bros(only one with booklet), Mario Kart, and Super Mario 64 DS Edition. DESPITE negative reviews, the pricing matched retail competitors. While yes eBay can be cheaper… buying from an established store is safer and my preference. Staff was friendly and helped with all the questions I had. KEY NOTE: the collection amassed within this store is great! There are games and systems for: NES, SNES, N64, Wii, DS/3DS, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS1, PS2, PS4, GameBoy, and I definitely missed some. I would like to note (because many reviews argue price), games with a case and booklet automatically demand more money. Many sellers on eBay will sell only the disc, drive, or cartridge(often times damaged!) which is not ideal for plastic case games. At the end of the day, I was personally satisfied with my experience. This is no big name GameStop or BestBuy, this is gamers selling to gamers. The store is packed with games, consoles and gear just as you’d want it to be. Next time I ought to check out any CDs, Vinyl, or Cassettes possibly lingering. Those wishing to collect and those wishing to purchase QUALITY, look no further. A couple key game names: Pokémon Yellow, Pokémon White(Sorry I snagged it!), Super Mario Bros 2(Dunkey’s game of the year for 10 years running), Banjo-Kazooie, Dr Mario, Resident Evil, and Luigi’s Mansion. These are only the games I remembered but there were many other big name games. Apologies for this “essay” but I believe it would be a disservice not to give credit where credit is due. I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you for your help today!”

“Went for a name change. There are no walk-ins on Saturdays FYI (learned the hard way unfortunately). But I went back on a Thursday, got there at 7:15am to wait. At first everyone (walk-ins and appointments) waited on line but when they open the doors at 8 they split us all into two lines—appointments on one, walk-ins the other. The woman let anyone with an appointment between 8-9 in first and then let walk-ins in after. I was first in line for the walk-ins so I was out by 8:35. Everyone I dealt with was very nice! Overall positive experience but wish they made it more clear there are no walk-ins on Saturdays.”

Depending on how you we want to be reminded about our service calls we are either emailed or called in advance to make sure someone will be home. Even when I have had to call in to change the apppointment I am never on hold for more than a minute before getting a live person. I have even managed to get appointments within 48 hours. We try and always schedule our appointments when our Technician James G is available. He is always prompt and efficient and doesn’t mind Charley(our Labrador) following him all over the house.
