(October 2, 2018, 7:25 pm)Todd was extremely helpful and attentive. When I arrived he had other customers he was helping; however, immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be right with me.
He explained the options available and showed me both sizes I was interested in. I could tell he was not feeling well - however that did not deter him from providing excellent customer service.
In a time where you don’t really receive good service in most places, Todd was certainly an exception to that.

(September 8, 2018, 11:45 am)Colleen was amazing. I had reserved what turned out to be something I wasn't looking for, and when she called to confirm, we realized I had made a mistake. Not only did she help me pick out the correct unit I needed, she made sure I got the best value for my money. This company (and location) has given both my and my family exemplary service during the past few years, and with hiring employees like Colleen I can certainly understand why. I highly recommend this business to anyone with storage needs.
