“We love the apartments, the staff, and maintenance crew. They are all very helpful and responding quickly to inquiries or issues with the apartment. The only issue we have is generally with parking...it is very difficult to park in front of the building where we live which is challenging with a toddler and newborn. It seems the complex may be trying to remedy the problem by updating parking passes and ensuring that vehicles of actual residents are indeed parked in the resident spots. Hopefully this will fix the issue. Other than the parking, our experience has been wonderful. They are high quality apartments with both a kid and pet friendly environment.”

“Exceptional service that I didn't expect!! My trash wasn't picked up yesterday. I always put it by the curb at 7:30-7:45 before work. Never had a problem. Yesterday it wasn't picked up. Not sure why. I didn't see them come by earlier. I called and they advised me to put it by the curb the night before (fine, I get it) but I still had a full load of garbage. The guy I spoke with said he would call the company and put in a request for them to come by. I got off the phone not expecting anything BUT the same day they picked it up. It was a great surprise and really appreciate the effort to help. Thanks to public works and to the garbage company.”

“I am shocked to read these other bad reviews because I love this salon and refuse to go anywhere else. I also see lots of repeat customers who are loyal to one person who knows them and their preferences. I only see Kennedy and she is ALWAYS fully booked days in advance but she will stay late to fit me in or squeeze me between other clients to fix a chip or broken nail. She’s the sweetest person and so funny and truly cares about her clients. My nails and feet used to be so ugly and she made them look amazing! I always get the deluxe pedicure and gel manicure and my nails are so healthy and strong and look so natural. I have seen them close up late at night and they CLEAN very thoroughly every single surface. Great color choices and fair prices. Cash only, ATM available. Ask for Kennedy! Love this place.”
