“Dr Shawn Morris has been treating me for years. I was hurt when I was younger and I was told that to alleviate my pain I would need surgery. I've been to a dozen different chiropractors because my family went but they can never seem to help long term so I figured I would have to live with my pain. A new friend of mine referred me to him and so I tried again and I will never see another chiropractor again, ever! He knew exactly where the pain was coming from, explained to me how we were going to fix it, was straight from the beginning and I can honestly say I live pain free and I can't repay him with what he has given me back. “We had a table on the porch and we really enjoyed dinner. Everyone loved their meal, two of us had deep fried cod, one had blackened walleye and one had the Mediterranean pasta, with chicken, and they were all generous servings. After dinner we sat at a table in the garden for drinks, which was very nice. Our server took good care of at both tables, even tho they were busy. We will go back again.”

“I searched high and low for someone to restain and put down new wood on my floors when I moved into my house. Emil came recommended from some of the moms in my town that had used him before, and I'm so glad I listened to them. Emil did such an amazing job and was the most reasonably priced compared to others.He was an extreme professional, and very patient as I was so indecisive with the color stain I wanted, but he gave me great recommendations. In addition to restaining, he had to rip out a laminate floor which was not an easy task, and he made the new hardwood floor look beautiful and new. He worked really hard to get the work done in time, and even finished early. He is meticulous, a true artist, and takes such pride in his work. He is also one of the nicest people I've met. I would not hesitate to recommend Emil or his work to anyone that needs to get new hardwood floors or restaining. I'm so pleased with my new floors and cannot say enough great things about Emil and the job he did.”

“Dr. Vates came in on a Saturday evening over new years weekend while my son was in the ER for an emergency consultation. He was thorough, kind, and answered all my questions. He spoke to concerned family members on the phone as well. One of the things that really stood out to me with Dr. Vates was his willingness to consult with other specialties to get their opinion. I loved his humility, and his desire to provide my son with the best outcome. He also works with a great group of PA's, specifically Cortney was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. You could not ask for a better surgeon or team. We were 12 hours from our hometown when this happened, and I joked that we traveled 12 hours to get the best- and its really true, we did travel 12 hours to get the best.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of Sari. She’s my go-to person when I reach that point when I know I need professional help to reduce my weight. My PCP recently recommended I lose 7% of my body weight to improve overall health, but of course didn’t tell me how. I figured Sari would know what I need to do, as I had consulted with her a couple of years ago. She listened, made sure she understood my goals and food preferences, and came up with an easy plan to follow that fit my lifestyle. What I appreciate most about Sari is, she doesn’t try to make me switch and eat foods that are totally different from what I like; but rather recommends similar but more nutritious options to try out. I also like how she instills key concepts without resorting to technical jargon: Instead of referring to “macros,” she emphasized having protein and fiber at every meal; to help manage portion sizes, she advised measuring foods to get an idea of portion size, and then using the “Plate Method” of distributing protein, fiber and veggies, for portion control. To reinforce our conversation, she followed-up with a summary of key points, links to nutritional resources, and an easy personalized eating plan based on my tastes to help jumpstart my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Sari to anyone looking for practical nutritional advice!”
