I purchased my pool from Woodbridge Pools a little over a year ago and unfortunately the pool installation was delayed due to issues with my property. The pool was finally installed this past May. Jeff was extremely patient and understanding during the whole 10-month process. “Mike at Feld’s carpet is the best. He took the time to show us several selections of carpet. We provided measurements of the room and he provided a fair quote to make a rug (binder carpet). He delivered the rug to us on a Saturday morning and helped roll it out into place. He was patient, kind and all around great to work with. I highly recommend Feld’s Carpet.”

“We have been using Sansone for a few years, for both our Jeep Cherokee and Town & Country Van. There is a dealership much closer to where we live, but we go to Sansone. My wife and I work with Angie M. ; while other service staff may be good, we feel consistency will serve us better. Angie is simply the best in the business! It is obvious that she strives for excellence and cares. In the rare event of a mishap, she addresses it quickly and makes it right. That makes all the difference.”

“People are always friendly and when I have a large order I call them instead of using on the go on the app. I rather tell them my order and have them read it back to me and they are always fine with it. My order is always ready when I get there and they help me to my car. It's right on my way to work so I go there often. My only issue is it's always crowded and I feel like they focus more on the drive throu than on the actual customers in front of them. There will be 3 people running the drive throu and one on register. And 6 people ahead of me on line. But other than that I have no issues.”

Not only he took care my regular maintenance service, he went above and beyond to fix a minor problem I had with the carpet: he ordered the part, called me when it came and we made arrangement for me to return to get it installed. The whole process was seamless. Garage and waiting area are always clean and presentable. This is why cross the bridge from Staten Island to service at Richard Lucas Chevy! Keep up the good work!”
