“People are always friendly and when I have a large order I call them instead of using on the go on the app. I rather tell them my order and have them read it back to me and they are always fine with it. My order is always ready when I get there and they help me to my car. It's right on my way to work so I go there often. My only issue is it's always crowded and I feel like they focus more on the drive throu than on the actual customers in front of them. There will be 3 people running the drive throu and one on register. And 6 people ahead of me on line. But other than that I have no issues.”

Not only he took care my regular maintenance service, he went above and beyond to fix a minor problem I had with the carpet: he ordered the part, called me when it came and we made arrangement for me to return to get it installed.
