  You know that feeling when you walk into a place and it feels like "home"? Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness is like that. I've been coming here for almost a year. When I started coming I stuck to the easier classes and since then, have taken almost every session and have worked with almost every instructor. They are all so gifted, encouraging, energetic, positive and warm. The studio is clean, neat and smells wonderful. There's a wide variety of sessions geared towards the novice, the expert and everyone in between. The messages are positive and always make me think. I'd encourage anyone of any age or level of expertise to come to Monmouth Beach Yoga & Wellness. You won't be disappointed! PS you'll love the results!

  This studio is amazing. The owner and instructors are compassionate and love what they do. They offer many classes for all ages and injuries. They also have a great boutique. Stop in and see for yourself. You will be glad you did. Peace

  Stumbled upon this gem a couple years ago ...and continue to be amazed ...and grateful to this community.... wonderful classes ...and workshops.... LOVE things space/ place... definitely worth a drop in.... offers such a variety....xo

  This is the BEST studio in New Jersey! They have classes & workshops for EVERYONE, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. They even offer warm classes if that suits your fancy. The facility is warm & inviting. The owners truly care about their students and offer lots of pricing options to accommodate everyone. The retail choices are very unique and Lisa M does an excellent job researching the best vendors. YOU MUST VISIT THIS STUDIO YOU WILL LOVE WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER.
