“Always the best place to go to when we go to the beach from where we live in Pennsylvania it is always clean parking is easily accessible 4 May who uses a wheelchair when going to the beach. They have Beach wheelchairs available and have showers which are clean and bathrooms also which are cleaned and always have toilet tissue. One time on the beach I fell and scraped my leg and the lifeguards were right there to clean it and put a Band-Aid on the broken skin. It does cost $20 to get in but it is well worth it for a clean Beach”

“Went there for a Sweet 16. Didn't have any expectations, but surprised how nice it was. Really clean and looked new. Didn't stay overnight, so can't speak to the rooms, but the bar area and main event hall were really nice. The staff was a good as you can expect and surprisingly the food was excellent.”

“Always love visiting spray beach. It's a little pricey but it is right on the beach. Nice pool, especially for young kids and the restaurant has great food. Decent specials and a nice beach bar. Never stayed anywhere else after several great stays. **Note:First floor is not a beach view with the dunes.”

“We stayed here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it was great! Patty and Jane were the very best hosts! Location is right off the river, close to a very good restaurant and about a half hour from the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. Patty made us fresh fruit and granola as well as unlimited peach waffles for breakfast. It was the perfect relaxed and cozy spot for a quick getaway. We highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!”

“My husband and I chose the Island Guest House B&B for our wedding venue. We were able to book all 18 rooms so that our family and friends could stay the weekend. Our experience was unforgettable. Daily breakfast by the staff was delicious. Our innkeeper and bartender Victoria, truly made our stay and is just the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. Our wedding reception was held in the beautiful spacious courtyard and our ceremony was held right on the beach. All of the rooms we’re perfectly decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location was only 3 blocks from the beach and within walking distance all shops and restaurants. It was the perfect setting we were looking for and after this great experience I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a small wedding, celebration, Family reunion, girls weekend, etc. or to anyone who just wants to spend a relaxing weekend away.”

“Such a lovely motel with a very B&B vibe. We were warmly welcomed. It was such a pleasure to meet the family who owns Ella's. We travel to Barnegat Light every year for Running-for-Joy5k but this was the first time we stayed overnight. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and clean with good water pressure. The delicious breakfast was served to order by the family in a bright homey kitchen. I look forward to returning again this year and would recommend Ella's to anyone.”

“Sea shell has the perfect central location for a Beach Haven vacation. We parked our car and didn’t touch it during our 3 night stay. Check in was friendly and efficient and included complimentary beach badges and beach towels to use during our stay. Room was clean with two queen beds and a nice updated bathroom with stall shower. We stayed on the first floor. Two cons: you could hear the other guests coming and going past your room. The beds were a little soft for my liking. Hotel has a lively beachfront restaurant and bar. Do not stay on the ocean side if you are looking for a quiet stay. There are ample lounge chairs if you want a break from the open beach. Pool deck is little small and literally in the middle of the restaurant. Overall a pleasant stay.”
