My only suggestion for how the experience could have been better would be for them to add a wash and interior vacuum of the car before returning it to me. It would be a nice touch, especially for a shop that specializes in high vehicles, to return a freshly cleaned car.”

Tom made the purchase of my 1999 Mercedes-Benz SL500 seamless--we did most of the transaction over the phone and email. Upon my arrival to collect the car, it exceeded my expectations. It had been maintained and reconditioned to a very high level, while maintaining originality. A truly fabulous buying experience. They quoted me low/very fair on an old cylinder head. I was in a rush on my job, so I was calling every day to check in. They ended up having to pull two separate heads because the first one they pulled was cracked. If I were in their position, I would have wanted to tell me to "get lost" to keep it politically correct. “What an amazing experience at this Car dealer. When I first seen the 1997 Toyota forerunner go up for sale on the website I called them immediately however they told me that the car had already had a deposit on it and the person was coming to get it. It was very sad but this however four days later as my search for one of these continued I received an email from them at 6 PM on Saturday night saying the car was still available. I called them immediately and the guy answered the phone we spoke for about 20 minutes he told me it was still available and told me all the things I wanted to know about the car he was very upfront and honest and open. Me and my son went down on Tuesday got there around 7 o’clock at night and even though they were supposed to be closing we stayed open and let us take the truck out for a ride all by her self for around 30 minutes. We went back told them that they like the car they even offered for us to use their garage and their lift to put the vehicle up so we can look underneath it. This is definitely out of the ordinary for any Car dealer to do. These guys were totally upfront and honest about everything about the car and I was very happy about that. The car turned out to be an absolute great buy. If you’re ever looking for a car be sure to use crossroads motors they will definitely give you an honest deal on a vehicle and their communication and business model is something a lot of other companies should use. After purchasing a car we drove back to Pennsylvania to get inspected took it to the mechanic shop and got it inspected and it did not need anything at all which is very surprising with buying a 20 year old used car. My son is very happy with this vehicle he’s going to convert it into a vanlife and live in it on the west coast for 6 months. “I took my Mazda 6 for routine 12,000 mile maintenance. Pulled into Service area, was greeted warmly, instructed to go inside and see a service representative. She was very friendly and explained the cost involved. I had one issue and she addressed it right away. I sat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area. While I was waiting I received a text message from the technician working on my car. It was a VIDEO of him underneath my car showing me my car and talking to me about my car. I was like "Wow" this is incredible. He actually thanked me for allowing him to service my car! A short while later he called my name and brought me back to the same service representative who walked me to the cashier. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and my car was there waiting for me. What a wonderful experience. P.S. I also received text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment the day before.”
