“One of my daughter’s OthroK lens is broken, we urgently need a new one since my daughter can’t see well without it, paid $600 and signed up for one year plan with one pair of new lenses, told us the lenses will come in a week, waited a week and called, the receptionist asked to call me back later, and after a while they called me back said the lenses should come somewhere next week. I asked if they forget to placed my order, next week what day the lenses will arrived ? the receptionist only answered “I don’t know, I am only messenger.” I do not appreciate business treating customer like this, at least the person in charge should answer the phone and apologies for the delay, this business lack of good business attitude, give me a feeling that they just like to shy away when they made mistake. Update: Dr. Strenger called me and offer a temporary lens for my daughter until the new ones come. He explained the new ones take usually 2 weeks to come. I appreciate his call back and the solution he offered, it make me feel much better.”

“After many years in Los Angeles and NYC, I started my own law firm last year here in Scotch Plains. I looked at many offices in Scotch Plains and Fanwood prior to deciding on Haven Executive Suites. None of them compared or were even in the ballpark. Other local business owners who come in office routinely tell me that they wish they had office space like I have at Haven. The accomodations are great and it is centrally located to Route 22. I would not, and do not, hestitate to strongly recommend Haven to anyone who is looking for office space. The doctor explained everything they were going to do, provided information from the exam and spent time going over my questions. They were gentle with my daughter! This was her first visit ever to the dentist and she didn’t cry at all. It was a fantastic experience for her and for myself! They are the best hands down!!!”

“Sandwich was fresh and they made it very fast. We had the Giant Turkey and provolone Mikes way with spicy mustard and no oil and vinager on whole wheat. The only down side it that there is not a lot of room to sit and eat if you have a big party. This place is more of a grab and go. Other then that the food is fresh and fast.”
