“I visit this location a few times a year. Plenty of parking, convenient hours and an ever advancing list of services. On a recent visit I had one letter to mail, needed an envelope and a stamp. The visit was during lunch time with a few people on line and a few packing up items to be shipped. My Attendant was super pleasant, made some jokes and offered some products to make my visit as efficient as possible, $0.61 for a stamped envelope. She even apologized for the wait time which was less than 2 minutes.”

There were customers coming in at constant phase and it was around lunch time. Although she was all alone managing all the customers, she did it with a real positive outlook.
