“I come here often to mail out clothes I sell. I came here today to mail a textbook of mine. I turned out to have the wrong shipping box. A super helpful guy at the counter named Marquis was extremely kind and pointed me to the packaging within my budget that I was able to ship my book in. Then he helped me re-package the entire thing. There's also another really nice, older man here who is equally as helpful. Staff here is great, and very appreciated. Really convenient location as well.”

“I never had a bad experience going here throughout the years, and the only time I see a person behind the counter leave is when they need to get a package for someone or to get supplies requested by the customer. They help me and answer my questions, they joke around with the customers and my 5 year old. They are nice. The line can get long depending on what time of the day it is, but that's normal.”

“Great service. The lines move amazingly fast, especially when people follow instructions or at least read the signs! I like that the workers take the time to help people; when it's my turn they have always given me the proper attention. As with any retail outlet, if there is a line, you may have to wait a bit. Even at Christmas, with the line snaking out the door, I don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes. If you are in a rush, maybe you should plan on visiting at another time.”

“I am not from the area but I made the mistake of putting Karneys zip code on a package I had coming from China. I freaked out of course being that I have done this once before and the resident in Karney kept my 150$ package with clothing and shoes. Yes I’m still crying about it!!! On a much more positive note Racquel from their postal office went above and beyond with the clerk to assist me with making sure my package was rerouted and sent over to the Jersey City post office.
